Enjoy chilled, straight from the freezer as an after-dinner digestive, or over ice with soda.
Coastal Citrus Gin
Coastal Citrus Gin is all about summer hazy days, from beach to balmy nights, with good company thrown in. Our flavour inspiration comes from the Australian coast and its native pantry. Earthy citrus notes from Lemon Aspen partner with fresh Coriander leaf to give a punchy citrus hit which is offset by the delicate savoury flavours from local Sea Parsley. All of which is rounded out with the classic Juniper backbone. Serve with a premium tonic and garnish with a slice of lemon and sprig of thyme.

Ingredients
40ml Manly Spirits - Zesty Limoncello
15ml Manly Spirits - Coastal Citrus Gin
Thyme
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Soda
Prosecco
Combine & Serve Chilled
Wine glass Method: Build in a wine glass over ice. Soda to top.
Garnish with a Lemon slice and enjoy!

Ingredients
Manly Spirits Zesty Limoncello 30ml
Coastal Citrus Gin 20ml
Passionfruit syrup 10ml – (Monin or similar)
Passionfruit puree 15ml – (fresh or frozen)
Lemon Juice 30ml
Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
(Egg white 20ml) – optional, requires shaking cocktails individually.
Alternatively can use aquafaba (vegan)
Shake & Serve Chilled
Shake in small batches then strain in a large vessel and chill.
Serve 110ml in a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and sip sip away!
