Bamboo is one of the fastest-growing plants in the world, a bamboo stalk can grow 1 metre per day, and releases 35% more oxygen into the air than other trees. Bamboo requires one-third the amount of water to grow than is necessary for cotton.

As a bonus, bamboo is naturally pest-resistant, meaning it doesn’t need to be sprayed with pesticides.

Bamboo towels have anti-bacterial properties, which prevents moisture from growing in towels that are moist. Due to this, you don’t have to wash your towels as often as you would wash cotton towels.
