Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently offer international shipping to New Zealand. Stay tuned—worldwide shipping is coming soon!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 1 business day. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For faster delivery, we offer express shipping, which takes 1-2 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that we can make changes once it’s been placed. However, if you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

While we don't offer gift wrapping at this time, our products are designed to arrive beautifully packaged and ready to gift. You can also add a personal note to any order, which we’re happy to include for you!

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry if there’s an issue with your order. Please contact us immediately with your order details and a photo of the damage or incorrect item, and we’ll make it right.

If the product is listed on our website, it is in stock and ready to ship. If something is out of stock, it will be clearly marked as "sold out," and you can sign up to receive a notification when it's back in stock.

Are your towels sustainably made?

Yes! Our towels are made from sustainable materials like recycled plastic bottles. They are also free from harmful chemicals, and we take great care in ensuring our manufacturing processes are eco-conscious.

How do I care for my Sand Society towels?

Our towels are machine washable! To keep them in the best condition, wash them in cold water and avoid fabric softeners. Dry them by hanging or tumble drying on low heat.
